I teach American History, AP/Dual Credit U.S. History, and Public Service classes at William Chrisman High School in Independence. I am also the Social Studies Department Chair and serve on the Building Safety Team and the Public Service Academy. I am also the sponsor for Scholar Bowl, S.A.D.D. and the school’s History Club. In my spare time I also volunteer with the regional National History Day competition and serve as a volunteer with the National World War I Museum. I earned a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Culver-Stockton College and a B.S. in History & MS in Educ. Admin. From Park University. I most recently completed my Masters in American History and Government from Ashland University in Ashland, OH. I am an also a member of MCSS, NCSS and MNEA.
